We work across all aspects of garden care and landscaping – from walls and paving to real and artificial turf installations, planting, and complete garden transformations. About the Role We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Landscaper / Labourer to join our team. This is a physically demanding but rewarding role that will see you working outdoors in all elements, helping to create beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces. This role is casual to begin with, with the view to permanent for the right person. It’s ideally suited to a mum or someone looking for flexible work – with hours that can work around school times. Typical Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm (Optional) School hours considered Rosters provided in advance so you can plan ahead What You’ll Be Doing Labouring across hard and soft landscaping projects Tasks include paving, planting, wheelbarrow work (up to 50kg), turf laying, and assisting with both garden care and construction work Supporting the team across Mornington Peninsula job sites What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude Good physical fitness (this is a very hands-on role) Must love working outdoors in all weather (it’s not for everyone!) Current driver’s licence and reliable car (use during work reimbursed) Experience with trailers highly regarded Previous landscaping/gardening experience is an advantage, but we’re also open to training the right person with the right attitude Why Join Us?
